The Joy of Acid Reflux Disease |
OK, “The Joy of Acid Reflux” is an odd title, but it got your attention right? Well, my attention was grabbed when I learned that the maximum bid at Google on the term ‘acid reflux’ is a whoppin’ $23.32!!
The ‘joy’ belongs to those Adsense affiliates who have health sites that have content related to acid reflux … not those who have the disease. Here are several more Google maximum bids for health terms…
- Alzheimers disease ($8.36)
- Gastric Banding ($7.63)
- Nail Fungus ($6.95)
- Prostate Cancer ($6.94)
- Sleep Apnea ($6.50)
- Panic Attacks ($6.21)
- Eating Disorders ($6.10)
Who would have figured that nail fungus would be such a popular or profitable niche?
Well, Kim Standerline did.
Kim, a registered nurse who introduced Niche Health Products awhile back, has just launched a new product called Health Adsense.
What I appreciated about Kim’s first package is that her articles aren’t the typical poorly-written PLR stuff.
Her material contains real information, that really helps those who find it… and that’s what publishing should be about!
Her new Health Adsense package lives up to the same high standards and includes:
- 200 articles in over 20 niches
- 40 complete website templates loaded with the articles in 3 different versions (Wordpress, XSitePro and straight HTML)
- matching RSS feeds that updates automatically
- Google Adsense code already embedded
- keywords
- source files
- graphics
- 6 months free hosting and more…
If you’re interested in the health niche and wanted to get a jump start on a site with some great private label right, I highly recommend Health Adsense.

hello how are you? my name is samuel and i’m a member of SITE BUILD IT{SBI}i read this article about “the joy of acid reflux” and a lightbulb went on in my head. :0} i am wondering is it alright that i ask you a question about something you said? in your blog you said, “I learned that the maximum bid at Google on the term ‘acid reflux’ is a whoppin’ $23.32!!”
where did you get that information? because from the information i found the highest bid was for $1.00. i’m asking for two reasons: 1.} i have acid reflux disease 2.} reading your article gave me an idea to do a website on the disease, but i need to find some good profitable keywords and i’m not finding that many. the few keyword numbers i found for sept 2006 for acid reflux disease are 4922. so, i’m wondering if you or someone would give me some pointers.
any information you or anyone would like to provide would be very gratefully appreciated.
samuel
Hello Samuel,
I’m glad to hear that you want to start a site on a topic you are familiar with! That makes the process so much easier all around.
Those bid figures are Google bids, so you would need to start a Google Adwords account and login to see those bids. You might want to content Kim Standerline too and ask her about her Health Adsense package and how she came up with those numbers.
Best of success!

Hi Rosalind,
I have a blog on acid reflux but it is new and only gets about 160 visitors a day so the clicks are only few. I do not get the high paying clicks. I am told that contextual clicks do not pay as well as sponsored links. Is that true?
Phil.
Hi Phil,
You are absolutely right about the contextual clicks vs. sponsored links. I like to avoid the former… find it just burns up the budget without much return.
And 160 visitors per day is a GREAT start. Your blog looks awesome… the only thing missing is your newsletter/autoresponder signup form. You definitely want to build your subscriber list and get as many of those visitors to sign up for your newsletter as possible.
Best of success!
Cheers,
Rosalind
