Rosalind …

I’ve always had a bad feeling about StormPay from the very beginning. It all started when they refused to let me have an account because I reside in the same State as they do … TN.

Why would anyone refuse you an account based on residency unless they were afraid of potential legal procedures brought ‘in-house’, so to speak. Is there a legal advantage if you take action against a business in the same State? I personally have no idea.

However, it DID raise a red flag in my mind.

Now .. I sure am glad they refused to allow me to open an account.

Hello Art,

Thank you for pointing out the ‘bright side’ to this otherwise unfortunate event.

Cheers,
Ros

I was one of the people caught up in the Stormpay/12DailyPro fiasco, and Stormpay confiscated over $3200.00 in my account. It is tied up in court and lawyers, so I will never see a penny, I imagine.
I will never have any dealings with Stormpay again.
Just my 2 cents.
