1. How do I access customer support?

   If you need help to retrieve a lost password or with downloading/opening your Super Affiliate Handbook - please submit a ticket through our Support Desk. Please note that the Support Desk is for customer use, not for general internet or affiliate marketing questions. The quickest way to get those answered is to find the applicable topic on the blog and post a comment.

2. Will you review my website?

   Absolutely! I regularly consult with affiliates, affiliate managers, merchants and the occassional affiliate network to help them improve their site design and business process. If you have a simple question to ask, I recommend that you check out my "Quick Chat" consultation which lasts 10 minutes. If you would like a more intensive evaluation, I also offer hour-long consultations.

3. May I see some of your other sites?

   But of course! My main affiliate site is a dating service review site at 101Date.com. That is the affiliate site profiled in the Super Affiliate Handbook (along with some others). I also have a dropship site to sell watches at WindingWay and a personal travel blog at Roamsters.com.

4. Can I hire you as a consultant?

   I offer consulting ser­vices to affiliates, affiliate managers, merchants with affiliate programs and affiliate networks. For more infor­ma­tion about my consulting ser­vices, includ­ing fees and client testimonials, please visit my Consulting Services page.

5. Are you available for interviews?

   Indeed I am! (Here's a short list of the interviews I've done in the past.) To request an interview, please get in touch with my assistant through our Support Desk. Please note that not all interview requests are granted. To ensure your request is considered and more likely to be accepted, kindly include all applicable information, i.e. name, company, url, purpose of interview, proposed date, etc.

6. Are you available for speaking engagements?

   I can be. :-) Although I limit my speaking gigs to just a few per year (see past speaking gigs and current calendar), please feel free to submit your request through our Support Desk. Note: Exotic destinations get higher priority. :-)

7. Do you accept advertising on your blog(s)?

   I don't generally sell ad space on my blogs, but will consider new product placements if you have a great product that is relevant to the individual blog's customer base and an affiliate program. If that's the case, please get in touch through our Support Desk.

8. Where did you get your Wordpress blog theme?

   The Wordpress theme that I use is called "Lifestyle" and it is available through StudioPress. Here's a list of professional Wordpress themes.

9. On which platforms does this site run?

   NPT (Net Profits Today) is built on a Wordpress blog platform (using the Lifestyle by StudioPress theme). Our support desk uses Kayako and the forum is phpBB.
