Frank Sousa - Real-life Success Story
I met Frank at Marc Goldman and Alan Bechtold’s JV Summit in Las Vegas, the first Internet Marketing seminar I ever spoke at back in March of 2003.
Despite my considerable nervousness over speaking in public and my ensuing inability to focus on just about anything, I couldn’t help but notice Frank.
Unlike me, Frank WAS focused and attentive to everybody and everything going on around him.
We spoke a few times during the conference and it was immediately apparent that not only did he have great ideas for doing more business online, he also had solid plans to make those ideas reality.
True to form, Frank executed those plans in recent years and he’s done extremely well by them.
Now he’s telling everyone exactly what he did and how he did it in his new book, “Ideas to Dollars” and “How I went from an idea to $37,641.85 in just 24 days“.
What I liked best about Frank’s book is that not only does he really tell you what he did step-by-step to succeed, he also kept all his documentation along the way and includes that for his readers to review.
For example, he shows the actual bid request that he submitted to RentaCoder to have his software developed.
He documents the process and includes his email exchanges with the programmer he hired.
He then outlines his marketing strategy and what he did to get top marketers to both notice his product and want to JV with him.
In addition to outlining the full process, near the end of the book Frank provides you with a large list of keyword phrases or what he refers to as “idea starters” and “keyword phrases you probably haven’t thought of”.
In looking at the list, it’s true… I hadn’t thought of MANY of those possibilities!
He has also developed a 4-step action plan shows you how to come up with a winning idea for a product and turn that idea into a real money-maker.
What I also like about Frank’s ebook is that it is reasonably priced at $39.95 for 111 pages of solid content.
To learn how it’s done, check out Frank’s “Ideas to Dollars” book… just ignore the ‘home-made’ look and feel of the site.
I guess Frank isn’t much into attractive color schemes.

Are You Still Using Frame Sets?
If you are using frame sets (framed pages), you may be losing commissions.
Here is a portion of an email that I received from one of my merchant partners.
There are still some affiliates who use frame sets to generate their revenue.
When a frame set is used, we cannot track referals to you which means that you won’t get credit for sales or leads generated. There’s nothing we can do about this. Our recommendation is that you not use frame sets.
For those who don’t know what a frame set is, a Frame Set is a way to display more than one web page in the browser window simultaneously. The window is divided into rectangular columns and rows, called Frames, where each Frame contains a different web page.

Michael Hasn’t Mailed His List Yet…
I’m pretty excited ’cause I received my copy of Public Domain Goldmine from Yanik and Michael arrived yesterday.
After a quick look through the package, I’ve already chosen 3 books in topics which I plan to work with. There are several more that my new assistant (coming in June) likes as well.
