News from the San Antonio Seminar
Thanks to everyone who wrote to me with ideas and
solutions regarding last week's article on
computer security.
If you haven't read the article, or didn't receive
that issue of the NPT, please go to:

If I haven't written you back yet, I will.
I was a tad busy (pacing nervously for the most part)
getting ready for Joel Christopher and Ted
Nicholas' "Double Birthday Bash" event held in
San Antonio, Texas this past weekend.
Speaking of which, I want to extend a very special
welcome to all the new NPT subscribers whom I met
at 'The Bash'.
What a great event!
I came home with a ton of new ideas and
strategies, as well as information about products,
services and software to make our lives as
Internet marketers easier... much of which I will
share with you over the coming weeks and months.
What a thrill it was to meet NPT and Super
Affiliate Handbook readers - many of whom were
reporting great success, and one in particular who
mentioned that he's now bringing down $2500 per DAY
from his affiliate marketing efforts.
Yee-haaa! (That's Texan for 'Hurray!')
That was exactly the kind of success story I'd
hoped to hear, and I'll try to convince John to
tell you his story in an upcoming issue of the
NPT.
One thing I found disturbing was the many stories
I heard from people who've spent thousands of
dollars to learn about Internet marketing, but
haven't acted on their plans or even planned their
business in the first place.
That's a VERY important issue that I'll cover in
the near future. (And if you're currently in that
boat, please don't get down on yourself. You're in
good company. I've been 'planning' lots of stuff
for a long time that still hasn't happened. We
just have to figure out the 'whys' and change the
wherefores.
On the other side of the coin, I was witness to
quite a few lightbulb moments at the conference as
well. Just bouncing ideas off an expert or
colleague at at a seminar seems to have that effect
on most people.
Unfortunately, Yanik's Underground sold out this
weekend, but if you feel the need to bounce some
ideas off me or a number of other well-known
Internet marketers, I'll be speaking at Ken
McCarthy's 'System Seminar' in Chicago May 7th and
8th.
One thing I really like about the System Seminar is
that Ken doesn't permit the speakers to pitch any
products from the platform. So you'll get nothing
but good content from start to finish of each
presentation.
I also promise not to sing... again. :-)

Quick question...
Have you checked to see how your site looks in the
Firefox browser?
No?
Well you should!
Brad Fallon told us that almost 20% of surfers are
now using Firefox. So, if your site doesn't
display well or show up at all in Firefox, you're
losing a HUGE number of potential customers and
sales.

Or how's this for an idea? Write an
information-filled report on a popular topic, sell
it on eBay for a measly 99 cents, and include
links to your site, ebook or affiliated merchants
within the report.

Speaking of writing.
Revenue Magazine asked me to write their
'Affiliate's Corner' column starting with the June
issue. That issue will be about 'customer
service', a topic of special interest to me,
especially as it relates to affiliate marketing.

If you subscribe now, you'll also get a bonus of
$50 in clicks from Findology where the bids start
at as little as a penny.
Well, that's all for now.
'Til next time...
Cheers,
