Boy! I'm just brilliant.

Not only am I sending this NPC out late, (a little hazy after those birthday celebrations and two long days of travel), I forgot to push 'Send' on the last NPC altogether, (for which I have no excuse).

Sheesh.

That explains why a number of you didn't get last week's teleseminar cancellation notice. Please accept my most sincere apology.

I suppose therefore that it's timely that today's feature article is about a costly mistake that I recently made, and how you can avoid doing the same.
